Terms of use
Last updated 1 October 2026BodyCare Concierge is a marketplace that connects you with independent stores, clinics and licensed professionals in Nigeria. By creating an account or placing an order, booking or consultation, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
BodyCare Concierge Ltd, a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (RC [number]) with its office at [registered address], Lagos. Contact us at care@bodycareconcierge.com or on WhatsApp.
2. Using the marketplace
We run the platform and collect payment on behalf of our partners. Each store, clinic or professional is an independent business and is responsible for its own products, treatments and advice. We check partners’ registration and, for clinics and medical aestheticians, their professional licenses before they go live.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or older, keep your details accurate and keep your passwords and sign-in codes private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of partners or staff, or breach of these terms.
4. Orders, prices and payment
A contract with the partner is formed when your payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in Naira and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. If a price is clearly wrong we will tell you and offer a refund before dispatch.
5. Bookings and deposits
Clinic bookings may require a deposit, which is deducted from the treatment price. You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment; after that, or if you do not attend, the clinic may keep the deposit.
6. Consultations
Video consultations give guidance from licensed professionals. They are not a substitute for in-person medical care, a diagnosis or emergency services. If you have a medical emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
7. Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove content that is false, abusive, or shares other people’s personal information.
8. Liability
We are responsible for running the platform with reasonable care and skill. Partners are responsible for their goods and services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other Nigerian law.
9. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first and we will try to resolve any complaint within 14 days. If we cannot, you may contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
