Partner stores pack and deliver their own items, so an order from several stores can arrive in more than one parcel — you pay one delivery fee.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT.

2. Timeframes

Lagos: 24–48 hours. South West and FCT: 2–3 days. Other states: 3–7 days. Your estimate is shown at checkout.

3. Fees

Delivery fees are set by zone and shown before you pay. Express delivery is available in Lagos and Abuja.

4. Split parcels

Each store ships separately; you can track every parcel from your order page.

5. Failed deliveries

Couriers make two attempts. After that, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Damaged or missing items

Report it within 48 hours with photos from your order page or on WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

7. Storage in transit

Partners pack heat-sensitive products to protect them from the sun. Please bring parcels indoors promptly.
